Mite-A-Thol® Menthol
is still the safest and easiest way to treat for tracheal
mites! Apply one packet per hive on the top bars of the
upper corner of the brood box and leave for a minimum of
28 days for maximum results. Treat for tracheal mites both
spring and fall. Remove menthol 30 days before the honey
flow begins.
Bulk Mite-A-Thol® is a free flow pelletized 99%
pure menthol requiring packaging prior to treating hive.
Each 55 lb. box will treat approximately 488 colonies.
